Short Circuit: The Expresión en Corto Traveling Showcase
Yearly Expresión en Corto travels around the world and presents special screenings of its award-winning shorts and documentary programs in various festivals, institutions, universities, conferences and special events, continuing our efforts of promoting film worldwide.
Last year Cortocircuito (Short Circuit) was presented in over 60 events and festivals throughout the world, including countries such as Venezuela, USA, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Russia, Turkey and India, to name just a few.

We regularly present a selection of the best short films from Expresión en Corto at the Cineclub del Centro Cultural Ignacio Ramírez “El Nigromante” in San Miguel de Allende, Gto.

Valle de Santiago, Gto. (Mexico). A special selection of the best short films on and by women from past editions of Expresión En Corto will be shown in collaboration with the the municipal Women’s Department and Casa de la Cultura of Valle de Santiago.
San Francisco del Rincón, Gto. (Mexico). A special selection of the best experimental short films from Expresión En Corto 2009 screens during the Contemporary Arts Festival in May.
Guanajuato, Gto. (Mexico) A showcase of short films celebrating sexual diversity from the “Midnight Madness” program of prior editions of Expresión En Corto will be shown at Whoopies bar.
Yautepec, Mor. (Mexico). A program of the best films from the 12th edition of Expresión en Corto will be shown at the Centro de Investigación del Instituto Nacional Politécnico.
Edo.Mex. (México). A program of the best films from the 12th edition of Expresión en Corto will be shown at the Centro Universitario del Estado de México at the end of May.
México, DF. (Mexico). A selection of the best shorts from Expresión en Corto will be shown on the board TVs of Mexico City`s local transport system Metrobus on all lines during six weeks, giving all its passengers an opportunity to enjoy the most outstanding shorts form the festivals past editions.
